What Kala Sangam is
An ecosystem, not a single venue
Kala Sangam works where art, heritage, food, music and community meet — in Agra and in other Tier-2 cities. We run walking experiences, a cultural space, festivals, learning programmes and a digital archive: different doors into the same idea, that culture is something you take part in, not just look at.

Music, walks and craft, in small rooms
Music evenings
Qawwali, classical and folk — Mehfil-e-Sama, Raga & Rasoi, Rang-e-Lok. Small rooms, close listening, often with a meal.
Heritage walks
Read Agra on foot with a researcher-guide — the Taj, the Fort, the old city, and the kitchens and workshops the guidebooks skip.
Craft workshops
Hands on the material — marble inlay (parchin kari), zardozi, sound healing, kite-making — with the artisans who do it for a living.
