Returns & Refund Policy

At Kala Sangam, we design immersive cultural experiences, private itineraries, and curated programs. As these require advance planning and coordination, our refund policy is structured to balance flexibility with operational commitments.

Applicability

This refund policy applies only to private itineraries and custom bookings.

Note:
This policy does NOT apply to:
– Public events
– Festival tickets (including Taj ke Saat Rang)
– Workshops or open group experiences

All such bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Refund Terms (Private Itineraries Only)

More than 5 days before the experience

75% refund of the total booking amount

Between 48 hours to 5 days before the experience

50% refund of the total booking amount

Within 48 hours of the experience

No refund

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email with your booking details.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:
– No-shows
– Late arrivals
– Partial participation
– Change of personal plans

Rescheduling

In certain cases, rescheduling may be considered subject to:
– Availability
– Prior notice
– Internal approval

Kala Sangam reserves the right to accept or decline rescheduling requests.

Organizer Cancellation

If Kala Sangam cancels a private itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:
– A full refund, or
– Rescheduling to a future date
